Remove my bio
Since when is it ok to go into MY account and change my name….Remove my bio….I am trying to get my money back but no answer. The same day I downloaded the app I realized it’s a bunch of bots….no real people….how does this app keep going….how do we report it….where do we go for support.

I went to this site in hopes of finding love, what a joke. I think they are just collecting money. When I say no to a profile that same profile continues to pop up. I want my money back it’s a joke.

I was constantly hacked
I was constantly hacked. My profile was changed. I was connected with contractors, engineers who were in foreign countries. They started sending very nice e-mails. Then lo and behold they ran out of money and asked for it from me. Not good.

Scam money from you
The flirts and messages and favorites you get are from their IT staff. They send it to you to keep you interested, to scam money from you. They also have a way of making you think you are communicating with a real person. They email and send a cell number you can text to. You exchange a few text messages. You wonder at certain times you do not get a reply. Because this is also from their staff. Again to keep your acct active, to keep scamming you for money.

I tried to get a refund.
I tried to get a refund. There was supposed to be a customer care contact form on the help page. Said refunds, no problem. Use form. After much searching online line I found an email address, not available on site, and was told it wasn’t possible after three days. Even though thy are not available on weekends! Waste of time and money!

The company is impossible to reach
The company is impossible to reach. For three days the telephone recording indicated that all operators were busy serving other customers. It said there were? Other calls before me, but no number was given. I was told they would call back if I pressed 1. No one called back. Three days of no connection. Further, they indicated that women had responded and their profiles were at my member site. No one by those names appeared on site. I do not intend to pay for the total lack of service since I signed up last month.

I've been trying to cancel my account
I’ve been trying to cancel my account and it won’t take my password, trying to reset it and it tells me it’s incorrect. The call center is supposedly temporaily closed down. I have a new debit card and credit card number so I’m sure. They won’t be will be able to charge my account.

Its gives you poor matches
Its gives you poor matches and doesn’t give you the chance to search. You just have to accept what matches they give you. From the start, the autorenew facility is switched on and no warning is given in advance so it automatically renews after 6 months and there is no right to cancel. The first thing I would so is go in and turn off autorenew. Saying that, there are better sites that do allow you to search.

They were scammers
The first 3 men that contacted me were not real people. They were scammers. After 2 emails there is a pattern. Their spelling is poor and they ask for your email address immediately. All three had telephone area code 437, coincidence? I don’t think so.

It is complete rip off
Stop paying for their services, it is nothing more than showing you all the photos and you can’t communicate with any of the ladies, you will be asked to pay just to write an email, a total scam. The admin does not answer your email complaints, just know to collect money and ask for upgrade from you. It is complete rip off, bull$#*!!

DO NOT USE!
This site has just taken nearly £200 from my account AFTER I deleted my bank details and accidentally hovered over the credit screen to see what the credits were all about….its crap and its banking system does not even ask for your 3 digit security on reverse of card…..why are these companies allowed to operate! I am a single mum on a budget just looking for a genuine guy, but find I am out of pocket by alot of money and most of guys are cat fishing you….DO NOT USE!

It does not do serious at all!
If I could give this dating website a zero I would! Raving reviews on this site but I’m sorry there is nothing to rave here. They don’t even match people to your likes and interests. II had to deactivate my account and cancel my subscription, which is still active and will only expire in Jan 2022. Please go elsewhere if you are looking for something serious because it does not do serious at all!

Lot of scammers
I was optimistic when I signed on to the site, I was on another site and got lots of scammers, so I was hoping this site was different. I have had a couple of dates from this site, but for the most part I seem to get a lot of scammers.

Terrible site!!!
Terrible site!!! I joined this site hoping to find friendship, which I hoped would lead to a relationship. After using the site for a few days it became apparent that it was not the right fit for me. I tried to cancel my account and requested a refund, which I was denied.

Total waste of time and effort. They do not use your stated preferences in sending recommendations and their customer service response clearly states that their system is not set up to honor any defined preferences.

Datemyage.com dating site is a waste of time and money and that’s all this company wants… everything is extra. I found all the people that viewed me was the same kinda guy in a different town… most of them not close.

Do not waste your time on Datemyage.com. You will receive interest signals every 5 minutes from people who don’t even exist in your area. Datemyage.com sends them to you to make money. If you request your ad to be removed from the system, they refuse to. Customer service constantly lies to you on the phone. The service is a scam!
