I pay a lot of money
I pay a lot of money for this app, and several times a day, I can’t get into the mobile app, even with the correct password. When I write to the support service, I always get the same answer to reset my password. I must have done this ten times now. For all the money, an inferior app.

Don't use them
This Site Doesn’t Honor Your 1st Amendment Rights. They wouldn’t post my (very clean) photos or even let others see my profile. But they kept my account open. When I asked they said they had a reason why I couldn’t be seen by other due to “security” but they wouldn’t tell me why. They are anti-American and anti-1st Amendment. Don’t use them–you can’t trust them.

Everyone be extremely careful
Everyone be extremely careful. I was scammed for $45000.00. I’m now having to pay that back to my bank. Most every man I spoke to had an accent as from overseas. They are very smart and can get your head all messed up. You want to video chat. You want a photo ID. Something to hold on to so you can report them. Make sure you have their personal info so you can give it to the police. Just be careful.

It's a rip off.
I have belonged for two out of the six months I paid for, contacted a number of profiles by the site’s email system, and have only gotten three responses. The site says I have a lot of matches–162–but few are within the 50-mile radius I designated. Most are from out-of-state even though my other preferences are not overly restrictive. I have no interest in continuing any longer but refunds are not given. Thus, it’s a rip off.

Terrible customer service
Don’t waste your money! Terrible customer service or should I say impossible to reach customer service. This site is a scam. I probably get 8 scam messages a day. Same message with different photos. Most popular scam is “my friend saw you on this site. She’s in the military. She wants your email and phone #.” I’ve tried to contact customer service but have never been able to get anyone.

Don't bother wasting your money
Don’t bother wasting your money on this site, you are better off looking for potential matches on popular sites. I made the mistake of trying something different due to my age but that was a big mistake and a waste of over $100. There are very, very few singles. I have a graduate degree and asked for individuals with a similar education but that didn’t happen and still doesn’t. I am trying to be careful here and not be condescending to other people and their background. It’s not what I am looking for and am not happy with wasting money on a site that definitely has false advertising.

Avoid at all costs.
They try to get extra money for what other sites include in the basic package. Your preferences for potential partners are ignored unless you pay more. You do not know if your messages have been opened unless you pay. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t understand
I got my account blocked after having one conversation from one of the hood chicks. Who flipped out on me. Don’t understand that one at all. That was a sign so I’m going to leave it that.

A totally useless site
A totally useless site, I consider myself an intelligent person but how it is supposed to operate is a complete mystery. I am told someone has sent me a message but it does not appear under the Message section. Avoid like the plague and go to a site such as Telegraph Dating which is straight forward to use and open.

I cannot re-gain the access
They just emailed me that they were able to locate my email address with my original account after I have sent them many emails. However, I have to register with a new account. I cannot re-gain the access to my original account, which I am very disappointed although they refund me the last payment and offered me a discount to a new subscription.

It was fine. Messed a lot of people, several replied, met a few in person, found some one i like and going to see where it goes. So all in all it was whatever. Fine i guess. Although i dont think you need a reason to leave, it should allow you leave but anyway good bye.

I have proved without any doubt their is a strong element of platform deception on the Tubit.com site, There maybe genuine users here but do not get sucked in. The site generates false information and some users or members gain reward by some means with no intention of looking to meet up with somebody, just waste your time being engaged to the site

I cancelled my subscription to Tubit.com one day short of two weeks from when my paid subscription ends. When I cancelled, they stated that my paid subscription ended that day before the one day shy of two weeks
