I was unhappy
I joined this site and after a week saw that it wasn’t performing like I had hoped. The amount of people available and the amount I liked and messaged versus how many of them viewed my profile. So I was unhappy after a week and called customer service for a refund. They refused to give me one, said I only had 2 days to do that. I told them just prorate it for the week I used. They refused and have stuck me with a service I don’t want for 6 months. SO REMEMBER IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOU HAVE 2 DAYS!!!

Full of scammers
This company I thought was legit is full of scammers. I contacted my bank & got a full refund, no questions asked. My bank knows they are a scam. Fake profiles & people who are dead still on their website, what a joke. Thanks for my money back for your fraudulent website.

I won't waste my money again
On numerous occasions I have not been able to send messages. I click on the icon but message doesn’t send. I have emailed the company to report but have never received a satisfactory answer as the problem still exists. I have called but I apparently get put on hold as music just plays and plays and plays! No one ever answers and my problem never gets corrected. I won’t waste my money again. Starting my 4th month and no correction to the problem.

The site is useless
The site is useless: matches are ridiculously inappropriate and unavailable. There is no search option. The only thing I regret is having wasted a few months of my life on this site. Now I’m having troubles trying to remove my account. They are not willing to let people go so they deliberately make it difficult to cancel.

Complete scam!
Complete scam! Very few real people, no appropriate matches close to me, impossibility to cancel. They are typical dating scoundrels! There is only hoax and no scam, only fake profiles and nasty community – a 100% contrast to what a dating site should be like. Don’t waste your time on this site, I can tell for sure, with so much choice of dating apps and sites, they are not worth a dime!

Women are fake
This dating site are so evasive , make it almost impossible to cancel , Be warned they will take money for months even after you cancel. It is best to use a credit card . never a debit card , you can issue a cashback with a credit card , They advertise as a free dating site , you sign up , then they hit you with alarming fees , moist of the profiles of women are fake

Scam scam scam. When they don’t send you to every other affiliate site of theirs and continue to charge you. The woman on the site send you to bs bogus dating card sites that cost anywhere from $150 to $400 and or request you to get $600 per two night bs hookup rooms. Just a bunch of money mules here

It's too frustrating
I have found this application most annoying to use. I was in the midst of some conversations with some users on the second day of usage for this application. All of a sudden it stopped everything and I needed to verify my account, which means taking a selfie. I hate doing it and I did it like four times. And they all failed. I contacted support the same reply. Unfortunately your account wasn’t verify. How fantastic Seriously, if you already have my phone number, then what’s so hard about verifying the face? Anyway, I’ve given up on this application. It’s too frustrating for nothing. The verifying process shouldn’t be so hard. Obviously the face on pictures will change depending on the environment.

The worst ever dating site!
The worst ever dating site! When I joined I was a free member for a while, then they started sending message alerts. They made it look like I had so many messages but I could only read them after paying. Imagine my disappointment after paying only to discover that all the 24 messages were nothing but site generated fake images with nothing but a heart emoji or some stupid question like ‘what is your favourite..?’ The site is a rip off!

Terrible company.
I just went on OkCupid for the first time put my profile details on and didn’t pay but good job I didn’t because I thought it was too expensive for a simple site so I followed the instructions to deactivate my account but it would not allow me to. So I guess a lot of people are still on the site but don’t use it like myself but we are stuck on there giving the impression we’re active users. Terrible company.
